Your organization settings are accessible from the main Organization tab. They gather the settings related to incidents (routing rules, reopenings, notifications), to crises (templates and types), as well as the general settings described below.
Name and theme
The Name and theme page lets you customize your organization:
- the organization name
- the header image (for example your company logo), displayed in the Astry interface
- the dark mode header image, displayed when users use Astry in dark mode
Only Owners can change these settings.
SMS and voice call credits
SMS and voice call notifications consume monthly credits, shared across your whole organization: an SMS consumes 2 credits, and a phone call 1 credit. The monthly quota depends on your subscription (number of credits per license, multiplied by the number of licenses), or on a custom quota defined for your organization. Credits are reset on the 1st of each month.

Beta features
Some Astry features are in beta, and can be enabled for your organization on simple request to Astry support. The list of these features, and their state (enabled or disabled) for your organization, is shown on the Subscription page. They include in particular:
- crisis types, and the advanced crisis template options
- crisis on-call
- the Status Page
- the Inbox overview
- invitation by link and phone number at sign-up (see Users and profiles)
